From acclaimed industry-wide safety training to full administration of the Industry Experience Roster, as well as housing an assortment of other support services, Contract Services relieves a substantial burden on motion picture and television industry producers in California and beyond by serving as a “one-stop shop” to meet a wide array of contractual, legal and regulatory requirements. Important Facts about Contract Services

A nonprofit organization, Contract Services Administration Trust Fund ("Contract Services") administers a variety of programs for the benefit of the motion picture and television industry.
Contract Services is provided for and governed by the collective bargaining agreement (Basic Agreement, Article XXV) by and between the Producers, The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), the Moving Picture Technicians Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, its Territories, and Canada (MPTAAC); as well as the collective bargaining agreements by and between the Producers and the Basic Crafts Locals (Article 18).
Contract Services is administered by Trustees appointed by the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP).
Signatory Producers make contributions to Contract Services for each hour worked by or guaranteed to a covered employee.
